Refugee and Immigrant Children’s Right to Education – A Comparative Analysis of Education Policies targeting Immigrant Children in the Nordic Countries

The focus of this report rests on the governmental obligation to ensure the right to education, based on the framework developed by Tomaševski (2001). The framework includes four dimensions of the right to education addressing how governments must make education available, accessible, acceptable and adaptable.
