The mapping of the national contexts and initiatives makes it possible to identify cross-national differences and similarities. Thus, the note lays the foundation for a further sharing of experiences between the countries and continued inspiration for overcoming challenges in the labour market integration efforts in the Nordic coun-tries. The note is an integral part of a collaboration between Ramboll and the Nordic Council of Ministers focused on Nordic sharing of knowledge and experiences. This collaboration places its focus on approaches to implementation of initiatives.
